What a great user friendly company and product. I've bought custom made shades and have gone with standard blinds from that massive depot store. This product gives you the savings of a big store with the look of a professionally installed product all in one. My wife was hesitant with this product not sure of the color or the fit. Both were absolutely perfect. The shades are made really well and have that rich look at a fraction of the price. I did three Windows (inside mount) and a door (outside mount.) So I'll be doing the rest of the house in the near future and will definitely be using this company. I'm excited to see how the blackout shades work out in my tv room with the glare from the window.

Love these shades in the bedroom. Perfect at night and allow just the right amount of light during the day. They are not total blackout shades, but work great on the bay window.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
